Keith W. Herrmann
Mr. Herrmann is an experienced attorney in regulatory and administrative matters from Santa Fe, New Mexico. Prior to joining the firm in March of 2019, he worked at the New Mexico Energy Minerals and Natural Resources Department, working with staff to regulate oil and gas production across the state with an emphasis in prosecuting violations the Oil and Gas Act in both civil and administrative proceedings. While attending law school at the University of New Mexico, he clerked for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s Office of Enforcement in Washington, D.C., and the New Mexico Attorney General’s Water, Environment and Utilities Division.
Mr. Herrmann is a trained civil engineer with a degree from Tulane University. He specialized in hospital infrastructure design and large scale multi-use land development projects in South Florida. His designs were implemented on dozens of projects, most notably, the development of Central Energy Plants at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Miami Children’s Hospital.
